  6. TNM T3b, N1-3, M0 
  7. The tumor invades the renal vein (T3b, N0, M0), the inferior vena cava   (T3b) or regional lymph nodes (T3b, N1-3, M0).
  8.     Approximately 25 to 35 percent of cases are found in Stage III, 60 percent of whom will have micrometastases found at the time of surgery.

  10. Standard Treatment  Radical nephrectomy.
